Cauliflower with Horseradish and Dill Recipe.

Ingredients
cauliflower | 3 lbs | chopped |
horseradish | 2 Tbsps | |
water | 1/4 cup | |
dill | 1/4 cup | chopped |
sour cream | 2/3 cup | |
salt | 1/2 tsp | |
black pepper | 1/4 tsp |
Directions
- Place the chopped cauliflower in a steamer and steam for 10 to 12 minutes.
- In a bowl mix together the horseradish, water, dill, sour cream, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the steamed cauliflower in a serving dish.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the cauliflower and serve.
