Chicken with Lime and Spices

Ingredients
coriander - dry | 1 tsp | ground |
cumin | 1 tsp | |
turmeric | 1/2 tsp | |
mint (fresh) | 1 Tbsp | minced |
lime | 4 | juiced |
chicken breast | 4 | skinless and boneless sliced into 1/4 inch strips |
olive oil | 2 Tbsps |
Directions
- Combine the coriander, cumin, turmeric, mint, and lime juice in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Add the sliced chicken. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to marinate.
- In a frying pan heat the olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken breasts for 5 minutes on each side.
