Creole Rice

| Creole Rice Recipe.  This is one of the easiest ways to make rice and it is delicious.  A must with Red Beans. | ||
Ingredients
| converted rice | 2 cups | |
| chicken broth | 2 1/2 cups | |
| bell pepper | 1 1/2 Tbsps | diced | 
| celery stalk | 1 1/2 Tbsps | diced | 
| onion | 1 1/2 Tbsps | diced | 
| unsalted butter | 1 1/2 Tbsps | melted | 
| salt | 1/2 tsp | |
| garlic powder | 1 pinch | |
| cayenne pepper | 1 pinch | |
| black pepper | 1 pinch | |
| white pepper | 1 pinch | 
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- In a baking dish combine the converted rice, chicken broth, bell pepper, celery, onion, melted butter, salt, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and white pepper.
- Stir well.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Place in the oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
