Egg Drop Soup Recipe. A classic Chinese soup that takes no time to make and gives you that warm all over feeling.

Ingredients
| chicken broth | 5 cups | |
| ginger | 1 | 2 inch piece - peeled and sliced thin |
| soy sauce | 1 tsp | |
| sherry | 2 Tbsps | |
| garlic clove | 1 | crushed |
| egg | 2 | beaten |
| scallion | 2 | sliced thin |
| sesame oil | 1 tsp | to taste |
Directions
- In a stock pot combine the chicken broth, sliced ginger, soy sauce, sherry, and garlic. Bring to a boil.
- Start stirring the soup in a circular motion and add the beaten eggs slowly.
- Remove from the heat. Add the scallions and sesame oil.
