Endive with Herb Cheese Recipe. This appetizer is a nice easy way to start off a meal. The slight bitterness of the endive and the creaminess of the cheese prepares the palate for extraordinary dishes.

Ingredients
endive | 1 lb | |
Boursin cheese | 1/3 lb | |
alfalfa sprouts | 1/4 lb |
Directions
- Separate the leaves of the endives and slice the ends.
- Wash thoroughly and pat dry.
- Place the Boursin cheese into a piping bag and spread onto each endive leaf.
- Top with alfalfa sprouts and serve.
Notes
If you do not have a piping bag then you can use a small spoon or knife to spread the Boursin cheese onto each endive leaf.
