Fig Tapenade Recipe. An incredible spread for slices of crusty bread or crackers. The slight sweetness of the figs adds a complimentary layer of flavor to this savory spread.

Ingredients
nicoise olive | 2/3 cup | pitted and finely chopped |
caper | 2 Tbsps | drained, rinsed and finely chopped |
fig | 4 | stem removed and finely chopped |
Directions
- Combine the nicoise olives, capers, and figs.
- Mix well and serve with crackers.
Notes
The recipe can also be made with the use of food processor. Place all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until you get your desired consistency. If you cannot find nicoise olives the kalamata variety is a suitable substitute.
