Figs with Goat Cheese and Honey Recipe. A quick appetizer to kick off any gathering.

Ingredients
| fig | 8 | |
| goat cheese | 1/4 lb | |
| honey | 1/2 cup | |
| black pepper | 1/4 tsp | |
| black pepper | 1/4 tsp |
Directions
- Take a fig and slice down the middle to the base keeping the base in tact. Turn the fig and repeat so that you have 4 quarters. See picture above.
- Open up the fig keeping the base in tact.
- Using a spoon dollop the goat cheese into the middle of the fig.
- Drizzle with honey.
- Spinkle black pepper over.
- Repeat with other figs.
