Ingredients
scallion | 2 | bunch - sliced thin |
ginger | 1/4 cup | peeled and grated |
grapeseed oil | 1 cup | |
light soy sauce | 2 Tbsps | |
sherry wine vinegar | 1/4 cup | |
kosher salt | 3/4 tsp | to taste |
Directions
- In a bowl combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour.
