Greek Salad Recipe. This is the classic Greek Salad that takes no time to make and could actually be eaten as a meal.

Ingredients
| tomato | 4 | chopped |
| cucumber | 1 | peeled, quartered, and sliced |
| red onion | 1/4 | peeled and sliced thin |
| feta cheese | 1/4 lb | crumbled |
| kalamata olive | 1/2 cup | pit removed |
| olive oil | 1/4 cup | |
| salt | 1/2 tsp | to taste |
| black pepper | 1/2 tsp | to taste |
Directions
- Combine the tomato, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and kalamata olives.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the salad.
- Toss the salad.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Notes
Lettuce can be added to the salad but keep in mind that it will begin to get soggy after 10 minutes.
