Guacamole

Guacamole Recipe. It's not a party without the Guacamole. Mole Mole! The ultimate dip and sidekick to tacos, taquitos, actually any Mexican dish. You can't go wrong with this on the table.

Ingredients
avocado | 2 | ripe - large |
onion | 1/4 | diced |
serrano chile | 1 | seeded and diced |
tomato | 1 | diced |
cilantro | 2 Tbsps | diced |
lime | 1/2 | juiced to taste |
salt | 1/2 tsp | to taste |
Directions
- Slice the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Scoop out the flesh of the avocado and place in the bowl with at least one of the pits.
- Add the onion, serrano chile, tomato, and cilantro. Mix well.
- Add the lime juice and salt to taste.
Notes
Remember if you don't want your Guacamole to go brown keep the pit in the dish, cover with plastic, and refrigerate. If you want some heat add another serrano chile.
