Hummus Recipe. This is your classic Middle Eastern dip best served with warm pita bread.

Ingredients
chick-pea (canned) | 1 cup | drained |
lemon juice | 1/4 cup | |
olive oil | 1/4 cup | |
garlic clove | 2 | chopped |
salt | 1/2 tsp | |
paprika | 1/4 tsp | to garnish |
Directions
- In a foodprocessor combine the chickpeas, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, and salt. Pulse until smooth. Add a small quantity of water if it is needed.
- Garnish with the paprika.
Notes
A food processor will be needed to make this recipe properly.
