Japanese Rice Recipe. A delicious light and fluffy rice that is a must for any Japanese meal.

Ingredients
calrose rice | 1 cup | |
water | 2 cups | hot |
rice vinegar | 1 Tbsp |
Directions
- Thoroughly rinse the calrose rice.
- Place in a saucepan and cover with the hot water for 1 hour.
- Add the rice vinegar and place over high heat.
- Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer.
- Do not stir.
- Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
- Do not remove the lid while cooking.
