Ingredients
soy sauce | 2 cups | |
sesame oil | 2 Tbsps | |
garlic clove | 2 | chopped |
green onion | 4 | chopped |
brown sugar | 1 cup | |
short ribs | 4 lbs | Korean BBQ style -1/4 inch thick |
Directions
- In a blender combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic clove, green onion, and brown sugar.
- Blend well.
- In a baking dish place the spareribs and cover with the marinade.
- Cover with plastic and place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours to overnight.
- Heat your grill to medium heat and grill on each side for 4 to 6 minutes.
