Roasted Carrots Recipe. Just simple and delicious. You'll be amazed how good carrots can taste once they are roasted.

Ingredients


carrot 12 peeled and chopped
olive oil 3 Tbsps
kosher salt 1 1/2 tsps
black pepper 1/4 tsp
Italian parsley 1/4 cup chopped


Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle the olive oil over the carrots.
  3. Sprinkle the carrots with salt and pepper.
  4. Using your hands mix the carrots well so they are completely coated.
  5. Place in the oven and roast for 20 minutes.
  6. Remove and sprinkle with the chopped Italian parsley. Serve.
