Salsa de Molcajete Recipe. A quick salsa for any Mexican dish.

Ingredients
serrano chile | 5 | |
tomato | 2 | |
garlic | 1 | |
salt | 1 tsp |
Directions
- Heat a sauté pan over high heat. Place the serrano chile and tomato in the pan for 8 to 10 minutes moving occasionally.
- Remove the charred skin from the tomato.
- In a mortar and pestle place the serrano chile and garlic and grind.
- Add the tomato and continue grinding.
- Add salt to taste.
