Ssamjang recipe. This is a classic Korean hot sauce that goes great on cooked meat.

Ingredients
| white onion | 1/2 | minced |
| garlic clove | 4 | minced |
| doenjang | 1 cup | |
| sunchang gochujang | 1 cup | |
| sesame oil | 1/2 tsp | to taste |
| green onion | 2 | sliced thin |
Directions
- In a bowl combine the minced onion, minced garlic, doejang, and sunchang gochujang.
- Mix well till it is all combined.
- Drizzle in the sesame oil to taste and continue to mix.
- Add the thinly sliced green onion and continue to mix.
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for one hour or until you are ready to serve.
