Tabbouleh Recipe. This is a refreshing salad or appetizer for any meal and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients
bulghur wheat | 1/3 cup | medium size- soak in water for 1 hour |
mint (fresh) | 3/4 cup | minced |
parsley | 3/4 cup | minced |
green onion | 4 | finely chopped |
tomato | 2 | medium size - finely chopped |
lemon juice | 2 Tbsps | |
olive oil | 1 Tbsp | |
black pepper | 1 tsp |
Directions
- Placed the cracked wheat in a sieve and press down with your hand or the back of a spoon to squeeze all the water out.
- Combine all the ingredients together and mix thoroughly.
