Waldorf Salad Recipe. 3 crunches is probably the best way to describe this salad. Not only is it fresh, fun, and lite. It's crunchy. You have 3 different crunches going on at the same time. You have the crunch of the fruit, vegetable, and nut. You not only hear it but feel it your mouth which makes it kinda of fun.

Ingredients
mayonnaise | 1/2 cup | |
sour cream | 3 Tbsps | |
lemon juice | 2 Tbsps | |
lemon zest | 1 Tbsp | |
sugar | 1 tsp | |
Granny Smith apple | 4 | cored and chopped into 1/2 inch pieces |
celery stalk | 2 | sliced thin |
red seedless grapes | 1 1/3 cups | cut in half |
walnut | 1 cup | chopped |
Directions
- In a large bowl combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and sugar.
- Add the chopped apples, sliced celery, and halved grapes. Toss
- Cover and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve on plates and garnish with chopped walnuts.
