Preparation

  1. In a bowl combine the minced onion, minced garlic, doejang, and sunchang gochujang.
  2. Mix well till it is all combined.
  3. Drizzle in the sesame oil to taste and continue to mix.
  4. Add the thinly sliced green onion and continue to mix.
  5. Cover and place in the refrigerator for one hour or until you are ready to serve.
