Hot Chocolate Recipe

1. In a saucepan combine the cocoa powder-unsweetened, sugar, and salt.
2. Over medium heat add the milk and stir until the powder dissolves.
3. Add the half & half, vanilla and continue to stir until it simmers.
4. Pour into mugs and top with whipped cream.
