Preparation

  1. In a sauté pan melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 minutes.
  3. Add the carrots, kabocha squash, and artichokes.
  4. Add the tarragon, basil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and evenly coat the vegetables.
  5. Sauté on high heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Reduce the heat to low and cover.
  7. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally.
