These make an excellent appetizer. People went crazy for them. Since I served this for a large crowd, I saved on costs, by choosing Top Sirloin and had the butcher slice it very thin. It worked well and was about half the price of the Rib-Eye.
I also cooked these two other ways, 1) in the oven on broil for about 4 to 5 minutes, and 2) on the grill for 4 to 5 minutes. Both were great alternative ways to cooks these.
Simple and delicious!
